Shipping
We currently deliver only in Slovakia. The delivery method is a Packeta pickup point or Z-BOX.
Shipping cost depends on the country and the chosen delivery method. The exact amount is shown in the bag before the order is submitted.
Free shipping is not currently offered.
The parcel must be collected within the carrier’s deadline.
Payment
Card payment and other methods via GoPay are being prepared. Public payment is not launched yet.
Cash on delivery is not offered. Prices are final; the seller is not a VAT payer.
Production before dispatch
Production usually takes 2 to 5 working days and starts only after successful payment and after the artwork-check conditions are met.
